Meet Haydon James Dudley

Monday morning on the way to the hospital. Excited! It was so strange to have everything scheduled this time.

Pre-op room. My sweet husband taking pictures of me.

Here he is! Rylan does not like this picture. I don't think he was ready to come out.

Jordon got to hold him and walk around while I got closed up. Again it was strange because with Rylan they took him out of the room so quickly and Jordon went with him while I went to recovery.

Snuggle time

Rylan wanted to hold Haydon. Be still my heart!

Haydon, the thinking guy. Don't mind dad's sexy legs!

I have no words for this one :)

Rylan is still set on his name being Jimmy Pockets and he will correct you if you call him Haydon. He did almost call him Haydon before we left the hospital.

My sweet boys!

Getting ready to go home from the hospital. All the nurses loved his baseball clothing.

He looks so tiny in the car seat. The ride home went really good. I thought we would have to stop at least once but he slept the entire way.

Selfie!

Sweet sleepy baby! W have similar pictures of Rylan and they really favor each other in these pictures.

It has been a whirlwind week even though we knew when everything was happening this time. It was strange bring a two days old baby home.

We had a weight check with our pediatrician today (Friday). He got a good report; has lost a little as expected but we are getting into an eating routine. Rylan went home with Grammy from Fort Worth and they are coming back today. I am ready to have them with me since Jordon is going back to work.

Jimmy Pockets - 35 Weeks

There he is!! No he does not have a name yet and if he did we are not telling anyway.

Rylan wants to name his brother Jimmy Pockets. We have no idea where he came up with that name. He told everyone even the doctor that was the name. I am afraid that he is going to be so disappointed when we don't name the baby Jimmy Pockets or that the nickname might actually stick! Although Rylan hates nicknames so maybe he won't stick with it for the baby.

I am hesitant to even write this blog because I went back and looked at some of the post just before Rylan arrived and I don't want to jinx anything. I am just amazed at how well this pregnancy has gone; don't get me wrong it has not been a walk in the park but overall good. 35 weeks and still going smooth. We go back to the doctor next week for another sonogram and check up. We still can't believe it that I could carry a baby for a second time and much less this long!!

Summer 2015

The past year has been a whirlwind and I have not made time to blog much! I plan to get back into blogging because we have so many great things in the works.

There must be something about the summer heat that makes Jordon and I take on major decisions. We got married July 23, 2015, bought our first car together July 2006, August 2008 we bought our house in Lubbock, August 2011 I graduated with my master's degree and found out we were expecting Rylan, July 2013 we bought our second vehicle together, and last summer we decided to move to sell our house, move to Comanche and both start new jobs. I probably missed some things in that list but those are the majors ones.

Summer 2015 is no exception; we just bought our dream home and will undergo a renovation on it and baby boy #2 will arrive in late August!

Here are some pictures of the house and land. We are so excited to start demo and putting it back together. One of my first trips home with Jordon, he told me if he could live anywhere in Comanche it would be in this house on the hill even though he had never seen the inside of the house. It is a great accomplishment to make this a reality for us and our family. Now just can't wait to get in there but first a lot of renovations :).

July and August 2014

I am way behind in blogging and I just found this draft that I started who knows when. Well a lot happened in July and August. We went on vacation, then decided to move, sell our house I in Lubbock, started new jobs, and find somewhere to live in Comanche.

Here are a few pics of moving and our first couple of weeks in Comanche. We are mostly settled in now so I will try to blog more often. I have tons of pictures from Christmas so maybe I will get to those. I will post pictures from Rylan's 3rd birthday.

Dove Season 2014

Rylan's first trip hunting with us was on day 2 of dove season. He had so much fun. First throwing rocks then he got into the birds.

Here is my answer to anyone who asked why we moved: this view.
