Easter 2016

Get ready for picture overload!!! I tried to keep them in order but I think a few got out of place. I also need to do some editing on a few but that will have to wait for now.

We spent Easter weekend in McLean. Almost everyone was there which rarely happens. 

Egg dying was coordinated by Aunt Nikki and Uncle Aaron.

After the egg hunt, the confetti eggs came out. Aunt Holly, Grammy and Aunt Nikki  provided the confetti eggs. I am not sure how many dozen we had but it was a lot. Some of the kids rode their bikes before the confetti egg fight started so we decided keeping the helmets on was a good idea.

Rylan loved them. He kept going back for more and said "I can't stop!"

Next activity: riding horses. 

Aunt Nikki and Uncle Aaron brought the horses and the kids loved it! Again we decided the helmets were a good idea.

My Boys and the Bluebonnets

Today was a nice cloudy morning so I took the boys out to get some pictures with the bluebonnets. I have not made time yet to get some family pictures done so these will do for now.

This rainy week saw some inside work get done in the house. Most of what came down to get reconfigured has been framed.

New Windows

Most of the new windows are in! They look great but it makes me nervous with so much inside work still left to do. They have also started with the new siding but with the rain this week they won't get much outside work done. 

Don't worry there is plenty of work to be done inside. They will be working on the cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms. We have picked out appliances but still have a few design decision to make for the kitchen. We have also picked out a front door and the other exterior doors. Who knew a house could have so many exterior doors; six total!
