Memorial Weekend

We had a busy weekend filled with lot of visitors.
Jacob visited us Friday afternoon for a while. He is ready for Rylan to be a little more interactive. He asked if he can eat real food!
Jordon's birthday was Saturday so I made him a giant Oreo for a birthday cake. It was yummy!
Uncle Cameron came by Saturday. He is not quite sure what to do with Rylan.
Looks like he is showing off his prize bass!

Papa and Grammy stayed with us Saturday night. We went to dinner for Jordon's birthday (and mine too since we did not get to in March). Rylan tried on some of his big boy clothes. They almost fit!
 What a handsome boy!
My boys both look good in blue!
Another attempt at a group photo...
 Talking with Grammy

Rylan is able to wear some more of his clothes. He has so many cute TTU onsies. Here is the latest one we can wear. I can never get him to smile when I have the camera in my hand.
 Tummy time
Gettting upset with Mom during tummy time. I had also been taking pictures of him for a while by this point. I think I flashed the camera too when this one was taken.

Handy Man at it again repairing the fence around wiring into the house. If you remember Abby ripped some of these wires out and all the way across the yard when she was a puppy.
The Handy Man's partner got hot so she was just supervising from the shade.
The Handy Man demonstrating how the gate will work. It does!

What a sweetheart! If that look does not melt you, I don't know what will!

Pictures

This is the smile I have been trying to capture for several days so everyone can see his sweetness.

No matter how you cover him up, he will kick that one leg out.

3 Months Old, Mother's Day, and Everything in Between

It has been a busy couple of weeks for us and we are adjusting to yet another new schedule. I went back to work on May 8 (that's all about that). I would normally attempt to put pictures in order and give some details but I am just trying to get this post up ASAP.

Mother's Day was great. Jordon and Rylan gave me my first Mother's Day present during the 5am feeding. The rest of the day we took it pretty easy. Rylan and I napped during the afternoon.

Rylan is now 3 months old! It is hard to believe it. He is doing great. We took him for a weight check this week. He is now 8lbs 11oz. He has gained 5 whole pounds since birth! That does not seem like much when you say it but when you look at him you can tell what a difference it makes.

Rylan is finally able to wear one of his TTU shirts! I tried to get some pictures of him but as you can see it just turned into funny faces by Rylan.

 Our Mother's Day photo

Rylan has finally outgrown some newborn clothing. We put this on the other night and his legs could not stretch out so we had to change!

I love the look on Rylan's face. I think he has a long life of his Dad combing his hair. I know someday I will hear the clink of the comb in a glass of water that Jordon talks about.

Hopefully I will have time to post more pictures tomorrow.

Catching up again....

We have had a busy couple of weeks so I have not had a chance to sit down and post pictures! So here is a bunch.

Aunt Jill, Uncle Craig, Caitlyn and Maddie all came to stay with us and go to Caleb's birthday party. We drove out to Abernathy (our first out of town trip!) for a couple of hours to have birthday cake for Caleb and Matt. I did not get any pictures at the party but Jill took a couple.

Caitlyn finally got to hold Rylan! She was so excited!!
Maddie really wanted to hold him too. She would just look at him and say "Oh Cute'"
Maddie also likes her picture take.

Aunt Nikki got to come down too and meet Rylan. Now we just need Uncle Eddie to come visit :)
Papa and Grammy with all their grandkids.
Lorin also came to visit this past week. Rylan is going to get even more spoiled with all this attention lately.

Our friend Sheri sent the cutest TTU shirt to Rylan so he wore it yesterday. I tried to have a photo shoot but he did not cooperate too well. This is the first TTU shirt that fits him. He has alot more but he can't fit in them yet. The boy will be well outfitted this fall with TTU shirts.

You can kind of see his little belly. He finally has a little pot belly!! That is very exciting to us.

Isn't he just the cutest thing ever!!
